Vouchers for Kolo Ultra Events in b4sportonline system.

Important: 

• The voucher can be used when signing up for other Koło Ultra events in the current season (subject to availability) or transferred to another person.
• The voucher is generated automatically after selecting the cancellation in the b4sportonline.pl/myevents panel (in case of cancelling no later than 14 days before the event date).
• The voucher should be used within 30 days from the date of issue.
• The amount of the voucher is 80% of the paid amount.

You cancel the participation and collect the Voucher.

1. Log in to b4sportonline.pl/myevents. 
2. From the list of the events choose the event you want to cancel and click red button.
3. You will receive the voucher, which can be used to pay the other Kolo Ultra events (subject to availability) or transferred to another person.
4. Your vouchers are available in b4sportonline.pl/vouchers.

Transferring Voucher to another person.

1. The person to whom you want to transfer the voucher must have b4sportonline.pl account.
2. Log in to b4sportonline.pl/myevents. 
3. Go to b4sportonline.pl/vouchers.
4. Click “Transfer voucher” and enter Your account ID of the person to whom you want to transfer the voucher.
5. Your account ID you will find at the very top of the page b4sportonline.pl/myevents.

Using Voucher.

1. Log in to b4sportonline.pl/myevents. 
2. Your vouchers are available in b4sportonline.pl/vouchers.
3. From b4sportonline.pl/koloultra chose the event you want to enrol to.
4. Follow registration steps.

In the payment step, enter Voucher ID in the discount code or voucher field. The due amount will be reduced. The due amount will be reduced by the voucher value.
